Location was ideal for the price, very near Victoria station and easy walk to palace, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Thames, and sightseeing buses, Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance.
Room was very small and shower so small you could not turn around in it - not enough drawers to unpack suitcase, but for price/location it was worth it. Hot water and ceiling lights were off about 12 hr one day, but this is probably not typical.

The breakfast was reasonably good and absolutely fantastic and slices of fresh bread, cereal, pastries, yogurt and fruit were great. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Buckingham Palace.

Excellent position, staff were efficient and helpful, despite being in the middle of the city the street was quiet with minimal traffic or noise disturbing you
No lift available, would not recommend it for elderly visitors or those with young families

Staff were very friendly, continental breakfast included a fried egg, location to Westminster area and situated in a traditional London street.
No lift. We didn't have much luggage, but could be a problem for those that do.
